Breezy Cocktails You'll Want to Drink All Summer Long

Aku Aku

Ingredients:

  • Peach Liqueur - 0.5 oz
  • Column Still White Rum - 1.5 oz
  • Simple Syrup - 0.5 oz
  • Lime Juice - 1.0 oz
  • 5 (1-inch-square) Chunks of Fresh Pineapple
  • 8 Mint Lives
  • SC Demerara Syrup - 1/2 oz
  • Natural Peach Liqueur - 1/2 oz
  • Blended Lightlyaged Rum - 1 1/2
  • Crush ice - 12 oz

Preparation:

  • Muddle the pineapple chunk in a drink mixer tin. Add the remaining ingredients and crushed ice and flash blender for 10 seconds.

How To Serve:

  • Double strain it into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish this delicious drink with a mint leaf.

Ingredients:

  • Gin - 1.5 oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur - 0.5 oz
  • Crème De Violette - 0.035 oz
  • Lemon Juice - 0.5 oz
  • Fresh cherry for garnishing

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain. 

How to Serve:

  • Serve it into a beautiful cocktail glass. And garnish with edible flowers.

Brandy Crusta

Ingredients:

  • Brandy - 1.77 oz
  • Aromatic Bitters - 0.008oz
  • Maraschino - 0.253 oz
  • Lemon Juice - 0.5 oz
  • Simple Syrup - 0.035 oz

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients with ice cubes in a mixing glass. 

How to Serve:

  • Strain into a slim cocktail glass rimmed with sugar and lemon skin.

Brandy Crusta  

Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

  • Tomato Juice - 3.0 oz
  • Vodka - 1.5 oz
  • Lemon Juice - 0.5 oz

Preparation:

  • Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper into a highball glass, then pour all ingredients with ice. Stir gently

How to Serve:

  • Garnish with celery stalk, chili, and lemon wheel.

Bloody Mary 

El Presidente - Margarita

Ingredients:

  • Tequila Gold - 1.0 oz
  • Brandy - 0.6 oz
  • Orange Liqueur - 0.5 oz
  • Whisky Sour Mix - 3.0 oz
  • Lime Juice - 1.0 oz

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients into a shaker full of ice and shake 30 times. 1 SPLASH of lime juice NIT ounce.

How to Serve:

  • Strain over ice into a salted margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

El Presidente - Margarita 

Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • Rum Silver - 1.5 oz
  • Orange Curacao- 0.75 oz
  • Lime Juice - 0.75 oz
  • Dark Rum - 0.5 oz
  • Orgeat Syrup - 0.5 oz
  • Ice Cubes

Preparation:

  • Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes.

How to Serve:

  • Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.
