Mocktails Mania - Set up a Holiday Evening to Remember

After a full day of hard work and stress, it’s relaxing to settle down with a chilled beverage. And for those who are non-alcoholic spirit flavored beverages or those who are cutting back on the hard stuff can settle down with these superb lip-smacking mocktails.

Mocktails are taking up top positions in the menu cards at bars across Dubai. With fresh ingredients like spices, herbs, and a bit of glamour, you can create these beauties right at your home:

1.Citrus Fizz

Dip the rim of the champagne flute into the orange juice and then into the sugar. Combine seed lip and orange marmalade cordial in the flute and top it with the sparkling water to taste. Glass & Barware: Stirrer & Champagne Flute.  

 

2.Mango Mule

Muddle cucumber and honey syrup. Add mango puree, lime juice & ice in this copper-plated shaker and shake it in style. Strain in a copper mug and top it with ginger beer and stir well. Garnish it with a lemon slice and serve with pride. Cheers!

3. Virgin Cucumber Gimlit

Muddle cucumber and mix it with lime juice, club soda, and simple syrup. Add ice and garnish it with a cucumber slice roll or a lime twist. Serve it in this beautiful crystal pineapple shaped whiskey glass.

4. Shirley Ginger

Stir ginger beer, club soda, lime juice, and grenadine syrup. Pour it into a tall glass like this beauty and add crushed ice. Garnish it with cherry or lime rounds.

5. Winter Shandy

Mix your choices of spices, spiced apricot juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and any non-alcoholic beer in a glass using a stirrer/spoon. Garnish it with grapefruit zest and apricot in these mocktail glasses.

6. Virgin Watermelon Margarita

Make a puree out of a half watermelon without seeds. Add lime juice and agave. Mix it well. Top with sprinkling water and garnish it with watermelon cubes and grapes in these cool pickers.

7. Rose Fizz

Dry shake egg white and a teaspoon of sugar. Add lime and shake again. Add ice and shake again vigorously in a shaker till it gets a foamy texture. Top it with rose lemonade.

8. Lavender Lemonade

Boil water and honey in a large pot over medium-high flame. Mix gently crushed lavender to the pot and then remove it from the heat. Cover, refrigerate and keep it undisturbed for 2 hours. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh Stir in the lemon juice and serve with ice cubes. Garnish it with a lemon slice.

9. Rosemary and Blueberry Smash

Muddle rosemary leaves, Blueberries, and honey syrup gently. Add lemon juice, mix ice and shake vigorously in a shaker for 10 seconds. Strain through a mesh strainer into a tall glass of ice cubes. Top with sparkling water and stir well.

10. Wildcat Cooler

Boil blueberries, sugar, and water in a large saucepan on a medium flame. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain using a fine mesh and keep the solids aside. Pack a Mojito glass with crushed ice at the bottom. Pour blueberry juice and lemon juice, being mindful not to mix them. . Fill the glass with the water. Garnish it with blueberries and strawberries.
