1. Christmas Punch
INGREDIENTS 
1 large bag of ice
5 cups 100% cranberry juice 40 ounces (NOT cranberry juice cocktail)
2 bottles of very dry sparkling wine (750 ml bottles), such as champagne, cava, or Prosecco (we used a brut Prosecco)
2 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups diet ginger ale (12 ounces) (from 1 can or poured from a liter bottle)
1 1/2 cups dark rum or brandy (12 ounces)
2 oranges thinly sliced into rounds
1 cup fresh cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure all of the ingredients are well chilled. Fill a large punch bowl with ice. Top with cranberry juice, sparkling wine, apple cider, ginger ale, and rum. Stir gently to combine. Top with orange slices and fresh cranberries. Enjoy!
2. The Grinch Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounce Midori liqueur
1-ounce clear rum or triple sec*
5 ounces lemon-lime soda
1 maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add midori liqueur and rum. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently to combine. Top with a maraschino cherry and enjoy.
3. Hot Buttered Rum
INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 drinks
2 cups water
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup dark rum
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt to a boil in a 1 1/2- to 2-quart saucepan over moderately high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally, 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Serve hot.
4. Holly Jolly Christmas Citrus Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
1/3 cup fresh-squeezed clementine or blood orange juice
ginger beer, for topping
pomegranate arils, for topping
1 sprig of fresh thyme or mint
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur (if used), and clementine juice. Top with ginger beer. Add the pomegranates and thyme or mint. Enjoy!
5. Jack Frost Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
Light corn syrup or honey for rimming glasses
Flaked coconut for rimming glasses
8 cups ice (more or less depending on desired consistency)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup blue curacao
1/2 cup vodka or light rum (we used vodka)
1/2 cup cream of coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Rim the glasses: Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rims into the corn syrup, then dip in coconut flakes. In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and cream of coconut until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
6. Pomegranate Gin Cocktail  
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. pomegranate juice
2 oz. fresh orange juice
2 teaspoon honey
2 cup sparkling water
4 oz. gin
fresh thyme and orange slices for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
To a pitcher add pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, sparkling water, and gin. Stir to mix everything up. (or put in the cocktail shaker and shake). Pour over ice. Garnish with fresh thyme and pomegranate seeds. Serve.
7. Mrs. Claus Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 cup eggnog
1 shot (3 tablespoons or 1.5 ounces) white chocolate liqueur
1 tablespoon peppermint Schnapps
Whipped cream for garnish
Crushed candy canes for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the eggnog, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint Schnapps into the desired glass and stir to combine completely. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane. Enjoy!
8. Holiday Sangria
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup brandy
1 orange, halved, and then sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 pear, sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 bottle of dry red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
3/4 cup ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
To a large pitcher add agave nectar, Grand Marnier, brandy, orange, lime, pear, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine. Pour in the entire bottle of red wine. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. (the longer it sits the better it will taste). Right before you are about to serve, add the ginger ale to the sangria mixture. Pour over ice or serve chilled.
